Earth to Saturn

 

Task: write a set of instructions on how to get from Earth to a planet of your choice.

WALT:

- a chosen planet’s location in the solar system.

- a chosen planet’s distance from earth.

- planets you will pass by to get to the chosen planet.

- obstacles that may be on the journey, e.g. Atmosphere, moons...

I was an practitioner.

I often participate, communicating a bout my Inquiry learning.

Next time I need to include a summery that makes sense.

Maths

WALT: Describe the features of a net and to construct for a glue stick.

This week in maths workshop we had to create a 3D net to fit a glue-stick.

This is my net flat.

Then we had to fold our 3D net together with my glue -stick inside.

I think I have to decorate my glue-stick box propley.

Writing 100

In Wellington we went on a train to the city we went to the mall. The first shop we went to was the watch shop all I could hear was tick-tock-tick-tock all through the shop we where aloud to choose our own watch I watch each I choose a gold watch with words at the back it said movement stainless steel back China Japan when we left the watch shop we went to go get some yummy sushi I got the widest sushi it tast very fishy . After our yummy feed we left the city with smiles.

Inquiry

This term in inquiry we done water safety here is a poster that I done about water safety.

My next step is:safety issues are stated and potential hazards are identified(but not described)

This term value is honesty.

P.E swimming

Swimming

WALT:this term in P.E we have been swimming.

This term  I have been in the dolphins swimming group 

 We have been learning to  use a regular breathing action,swim one length freestyle,

Swim one length back stroke, swim a two length medley.

My next learning step : I moved up to the seals  by doing to length freestyle
